myKLARA - SME software on your smartphone



Scan invoices or receipts and upload them directly to your accounting system. Since July 2024, you can now also post them directly on your smartphone. Manage your customer and supplier contacts directly on your smartphone and keep track of your appointments from KLARA appointment booking or record your working hours for projects. Receive notifications for important events in your company. The myKLARA app is also your mobile assistant in your private life: employees in your household can use the app to record their working hours and expenses on the go.



Please note: myKLARA is only intended as a supplement to KLARA in the browser and does not cover the full scope of KLARA. In addition, certain features are only visible if you have subscribed to the corresponding widget.



The myKLARA app is included free of charge in the "Basic" and "Plus" business packages.



The following features are available on myKLARA:

- (New since July 2024) KLARA Accounting: Post receipts and invoices directly in the app with our AI assistant.

- KLARA Accounting: Scan your documents, KLARAs artificial intelligence (AI) automatically recognizes the data and uploads the document to the accounting cloud

- KLARA CRM: Manage all your contacts directly on your smartphone

- KLARA Project: Record your working time and the materials used on the corresponding tasks and projects with a single swipe

- KLARA Time: Digital time tracking for SMEs. Dashboards, various evaluation options and with the integration into KLARA Project you can also view times at project level.

- KLARA Appointment Booking: View and manage all your appointments.

- KLARA Appointment Booking: Enter new and edit existing appointments for mobile planning of your business.

- KLARA appointment booking: Customize the appointment or customer notes to be able to respond even more specifically to needs next time.

- KLARA Home: Your employees record their working hours and expenses themselves on their own phone and can view their payslip at any time.

- Notifications: As an administrator, you receive notifications when appointments are booked or canceled, a letter arrives in your digital inbox, or an order is placed via your online store.
